Maison Subira launch policy
These terms explain how Maison Subira accepts enquiries, confirms made-to-order pieces, takes payment, and dispatches orders.
Maison Subira pieces are primarily made to order in Kigali, Rwanda. An order is confirmed only when the product, size, colour, material, price, delivery country, and production timeline have been agreed by International WhatsApp Concierge or email.
A 50% deposit confirms your order and reserves the artisan production slot. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Maison Subira accepts international card payment by secure invoice, PayPal where available, and bank transfer for approved orders. Payment links or payment-method instructions are sent by International WhatsApp Concierge or email after the order details are confirmed.
Prices shown on the website are guide ranges unless a final written quote has been issued. Shipping costs, courier options, and import duties or taxes are confirmed before dispatch. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Custom and bespoke pieces are made to an agreed brief. Once production has begun, changes may affect price or timeline and may not always be possible.
Wholesale pricing, quantities, labelling, delivery country, lead time, and payment terms are confirmed by written quote before production begins. First orders usually require a 50% deposit and a 50% balance before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Baby and kids pieces are made only after age, measurements, fibre, button details, and intended use are confirmed. Handmade baby accessories should be used with adult supervision and are not sleepwear unless explicitly agreed in writing. Wholesale baby/kids orders require market-specific compliance review before resale.
All Maison Subira photography, copy, product names, designs, and brand assets are protected content and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
