Submit your custom order brief
Tell us the Maison Subira product or product type, your preferred colour, your size, material preference, occasion, and deadline.

We send you a quote
Within 48 hours, we will send you a price, estimated lead time, and material options. No obligation at this stage.

50% deposit to begin
Once you confirm, we take a 50% deposit before production begins. Balance is due before dispatch. We accept secure invoice/card payment, PayPal where available, and bank transfer for approved orders.

Your piece is made and shipped
Production usually takes 3-4 weeks after deposit confirmation. We send progress photos and confirm tracked courier details before dispatch.

Custom orders are not refundable once production has begun. We recommend discussing your requirements fully before confirming. Changes after production begins may incur additional charges.
